The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
I found the air conditioning unit noisy, made restful sleep difficult. The bed was old and squeaky. Housekeeping did not seem thorough, as toiletries were not replenished even when they were visibly used.

The hotel was reliable and clean, its location was unbeatable near the tourists attractions, excellent service. The breakfast was free and awesome exactly as I hoped, with porridge and also the amount paid during check-in.

My room was cool enough even if the room has no airconditioning unit. The lobby was also nice, both front and rear parts.
Breakfast! It was too simple and ordinary. There was no variety of choices. I was expecting that it was a buffet, eat-all-you can type of breakfast with lots of choices just like in other hotels.

The croissants at breakfast were heavenly, perfectly flaky and buttery. The classic ambiance takes you back in time, while the breakfast buffet offers a good array of dishes. Don't miss the local culinary gems nearby like Padi's Point and Pamana.
The shower's temperature swings from Arctic chill to sauna heat, and the air conditioning could definitely use an upgrade. Still, the nostalgic charm of the place makes it easy to overlook these quirks.

The service was excellent. There are so many beautiful girls its amazing. I will honestly tell you that I'll probably try to contact one in particular later. The beds were really great. Loved the food. My room was air conditioned but it was cool and didn't need to use the a/c or the fan. Soaked in the tub for a long time. Was very close to a mall and seemed like everything else including the people I was visited nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys travelling and being treated very well.

Basically, almost all hotel staff are courteous, nice and very warm. The hotel rooms offer a comfortable and nice ambiance for relaxation and rest, the hotel beds are great and very comfortable to sleep in. The food are also good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, near the town proper, the mall and even Kennon road. It is easy to find also even if you're a first timer.
There was a little mouse in our first room, that is why we asked them to transfer us into another room. They could have offered us a simple token of apology for the inconvenience, but we were given none. A room upgrade will be nice, though we understand that many guests were probably checked in at the time and they cannot afford to give us that. Still, a simple treat could have eased us at the moment for such inconvenience.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The superior room offered a nice view of the city , and the air conditioning functioned effectively on warmer days. Breakfast featured a good variety of options, including local dishes that were quite flavorful. Staff members were accommodating , happy to assist with any issues that arose . I especially loved the cozy seating area in the lobby where I could enjoy a drink and relax after a day out.
The bathroom could definitely use some modernisation.
